In September, 2009, I was the guest speaker for a fundraiser for Washington Country libraries. Each table at the event chose a book as their "theme" and decorated accordingly. Below is the centerpiece from the table for the law firm of Peacock, Keller & Associates, which chose my first novel, The War Against Miss Winter, as their focus.
The lego model depicts the opening scenes of the book and was constructed by the remarkably talented
Casey Mosovsky, grandson of the event's organizer, Carol Andrews. Note the miniature Churchill the cat, the dead detective in the closet, and the diffenbachia.
Enjoy!
